摘要
电缆线路的安全稳定运行对整个配网系统的可靠性有重要影响。针对某公司35 kV电缆和架空线混连线路雷击绝缘损坏事故,使用电磁暂态分析软件ATP-EMTP,对其雷击特性进行分析,找出了事故原因,并为35 kV电缆和架空线混连线路防雷设计提供了依据。结果表明:1)混连线路的反击耐雷水平远低于纯架空线路;2)电缆长度对反击点的过电压影响较小,而对绕击点的过电压却有明显影响;3)在不同电缆长度下,电缆两端均安装避雷器可将电缆段的雷电冲击绝缘水平提升到纯架空线的绝缘水平以上。
Safe and stable operation of cable is important to the reliability of the distribution system. Based on a lightning insulation damag lines, using electromagnetic transient analysis of 35 kV cable and overhead ;e accident of a company's 35 kV cables and overhead hybrid analysis software of ATP - EMTP, lightning characteristics hybrid lines are analyzed, the reason of the accident is found out, and 35 kV cables and overhead lines hybrid lines lightning protection design basis is provided. The results show that: 1) hybrid lines" lightning counterattack withstand level is far lower than the pure overhead lines; 2) cable length has little influence on counterattack point's overvoltage, but has obvious influence on shielding failure point's overvoltage; 3) under different cable length, installing surge arresters on both ends of the cable can improve the lightning withstand level up to pure overhead lines" level or above.
