摘要
液晶面板工厂废有机溶剂中含有大量优质化学品,采用先进、高效的精馏装置和技术回收高品质有机溶剂,然后回用于液晶面板产业,可以实现优质资源在产业内部的高效循环利用。通过对液晶面板产业废有机溶剂进行分析,结合其中目标组分、沸点以及不挥发物含量等特性,提出了利用多套具有不同功能的回收系统(独立或协同运行),进行溶剂的差异化再生的思路和方法。
The waste organic solvents in the LCD (liquid crystal display) panel factory contain a large number of high-quality chemicals. The chemicals can be recycled by adopting advanced and efficient distillation equipment and technology, and then be reused in LCD panel production, which can achieve the efficient recycle of high-quality resources within the industry. Based on the analysis of waste organic solvents in LCD panel industry, and combining with the characteristics of target components, the boiling points and contents of non-volatile matters, multiple recycling systems with different functions, operating independent or in concert, have been proposed to regenerate the solvents.
