The practice and exploration of training in pediatric rehabilitation nursing specialist

摘要 目的:评价儿童康复护士专科化培训的方法。方法:鉴于儿童康复的特点,参照卫计委印发的《专科护理领域护士培训大纲》,制订了儿童康复专科护士培训标准,以儿童生长发育规律、运动轨迹、认知发展、儿童疾病康复、儿童康复评定、儿童功能训练、儿童康复护理等为切入点,阐述了儿童康复护理的专科理论和操作规范,并细化了培训内容、形式、考核方法。结果:儿童康复护士的专科理论知识和专科护理技能均显著提高,专科护士能用专科理论和技术解决患儿的专科问题。结论:专科护士理论和操作技能的提高,提升了儿童康复护理质量合格率和患儿家长满意度。 Objective: To explore the spec-ialized training methods of pediatric rehabilitation nursing specialist. Methods: According to the nature of pediatric rehabilitation, The standard of nursing specialist training in pediatric rehabilitation was made based on the Nursing Specialist Training Program which was made by National Health and Family Planning Commission. The contents of pediatric rehabilitation training include children's growth and development, movement track, cognitive development, disease rehabilitation, rehabilitation assessment, functional training and rehabilitation nursing. The contents and the methods of training and evaluation were also refined.Results:Nurses' abilities were significantly improved in theory and operational skills in nursing specialists. Nurse specialists can solve pediatric patients' problems based on specialized theory and technology. Conclusion: With the improved theory and operational skills in nursing specialists, the quality of care and patient satisfaction in pediatric rehabilitation were improved.
