摘要
近年来,我国汽车保有量高速增长,汽车道路救援需求日益增加,汽车道路救援已逐渐成为社会公共服务的重要组成部分,汽车道路救援服务正日益形成一个产业,因此进行汽车道路救援研究有重大的理论和实践意义。文章对国内外汽车道路救援发展和研究动态、服务供应链应用研究动态进行了梳理,并对国内外相关研究现状进行了述评,分析我国道路救援的现状以及存在的诸多问题。文章基于互联网技术和服务供应链理论,初步建立了汽车道路救援系统结构模型。研究认为,在汽车道路救援系统建设中,政府主要职能应该是服务、引导和监督。同时,研究还提出通过建立"互联网+服务供应链"汽车道路救援系统以及强化汽车道路救援中的政府职能,可以很好解决我国道路救援存在的问题。
In recent years, quantity of car in china grows rapidly. The demands of vehicle road rescue is increasing. Vehicle road rescue has gradually become an important part of social public service. Vehicle rescue service form an industry Increasingly. So research on vehicle road rescue has important theoretical and practical significance. In＇ the article, the development and research trends of vehicle road rescue at home and abroad is combed. The application research on service supply chain is generalized. And the related research status both at home and abroad is reviewed. In this paper the present status of road rescue and existing problems is analyzed. Based on Internet technology and service supply chain theory, a preliminary vehicle rescue system structure model is established. According to the article, in the vehicle road rescue system, the government＇s main functions should be service, guidance and supervision. The paper points out that the problem of road rescue in our country can be well solved through the establishment of ＂Internet＋ service supply chain＂ vehicle road rescue system and strengthening the government function in the vehicle road rescue.
