摘要
[目的]探明棉隆对重茬土壤生物活性和养分的影响及其与氯化苦的作用差异。[方法]采用田间熏蒸技术,研究棉隆熏蒸重茬土壤后,草莓缓苗期和幼果期土壤中微生物数量、酶活及肥力的变化。[结果]经棉隆熏蒸后,2个生育期土壤中真菌数量下降幅度与氯化苦的相近,缓苗期土壤细菌数量下降幅度较氯化苦处理少20%左右,放线菌数量分别增多133.30%和64.11%,而氯化苦处理后放线菌数量不变或下降;棉隆对2个生育期土壤脲酶活性的抑制率较氯化苦处理低12%左右,对缓苗期土壤蔗糖酶和磷酸酶活性的影响幅度(201.00%和27.48%)也均小于氯化苦处理(30.14%和-54.05%),且使速效钾含量的下降幅度小于氯化苦处理40%左右。[结论]与氯化苦相比,棉隆对草莓缓苗期重茬土壤的负影响较小。
[Aims] This study aims to find out the effects of dazomet on biological activities and fertility of replanted soil in strawberry, and compare the differences from chloropicrin. [Methods] The technology of field fumigation was adopted to study its influence on soil microbial population, enzyme activities and fertility at stages of seeding and fruit period of strawberry. [Results] The results showed that the decline of the number of fungi after treatment with dazomet was similar to the treatment with chloropicrin in both of strawberry periods. The decrease in the number of bacteria in soil was less 20% than the treatment with chloropicrin at seeding stage of strawberry. In addition, the number of actinomyces increased by 133.30 and 64.11% respectively after treatment with dazomet, while the number of actinomyces dropped or kept constant treated with chloropicrin. The inhibition ratio of the activity of urease after treatment with dazomet were less 12% than the treatment with chloropicrin in both of strawberry periods. The decline of the activity of soil invertase and phosphatase (201.00 and 27.48%) after treatment with dazomet were less than the treatment with chloropicrin at seeding stage. The contents of available potassium after treatment with dazomet were less than 40% compared to the treatment with chloropicrin, too. [Conclusions] The present data supports the conclusion that the negative influence ofdazomet was less than the treatment with chloropicrin on replanted soil at seeding stage of strawberry.
