摘要
针对用户反馈的某矿用自卸车振动异常现象进行试验研究。对矿用自卸车在矿区的实际运输线路进行分析,确定异常振动最为剧烈的路段,根据提出的评价方法,对该现象进行了测试与研究。通过振动传递特性分析,得出前悬架与驾驶员座椅是导致异常振动的主因。降低悬架偏频,更换驾驶员座椅后,驾驶室异常振动消除,驾驶员乘坐舒适性得到很大的提升。
Road test was carried out to study the abnormal vibration of a dump miner truck which was complained by cus- tomers. The actual driving routine of the research subject in the mine was analyzed, and the section of driving routine with acute vibration was determined through GPS signal. The vibration transfer characteristics and equivalent mean value were set as evalu- ation methods. The abnormal vibration was tested and studied. Through the analysis of vibration transfer characteristics, it was concluded that the front suspension and driver seat were the main cause of abnormal vibration. After reducing modal frequency of front suspension and changing another driver seat, abnormal vibration of cab was eliminated, and ride comfort of driver was im- proved greatly.
