摘要 吴起油田地处鄂尔多斯盆地伊陕斜坡,主力油层是侏罗系延安组延8、9、10,属低压高渗复杂油气藏,地层渗透率达到100 m D^300 m D,油藏埋深1 500 m左右,井底温度低(45℃)。针对该油田一次上返固井防漏压稳难度大,油层封固差,固完井后井口冒油、气、水等技术难题,通过对防窜水泥浆体系及防窜固井工艺的研究,形成了一套适合吴起油田地层特性的防水窜固井配套技术,对其他油田防水窜固井具有借鉴意义。 Wuqi oilfield is located in Yishan slope of Ordos basin, the major oil reservoir is Jurassic yan 8, 9, 10, and it belongs to low pressure high permeability oil and gas reservoir. The formation permeability is up to 100 mD- 300 mD, and the reservoir buried depth is 1 500 meters, the bottom hole temperature is about 45 ℃. Facing the problems of anti-leak- age and holding the formation pressure during one-time up-down period,poor cementing quality of oil reservoir and oil-gas-water flowing out of the casing after completion, we formed a set of suitable technology for Wuqi oilfield through studying the anti-water chan- neling slurry system and related onsite cementing engineering technique, which has a certain reference significance on other oilfields.
