摘要
近年来,随着人口红利消失,专业分包队伍从"卖劳动力"到"买劳动力","坐地生财"的日子一去不返,人员成本大大提高。在建筑业这个链条上,分包已经不值得信赖。同时,"不当官就难成才"的观念根深蒂固,企业"工匠型"人才越来越稀缺。论文就如何从基层破解建筑企业供给侧短板提出相应解决办法。
In recent years,along with demographic dividend disappears,professional subcontracting teams are translated from the "sell labor" to "buy labor", the days of making money by the selling labor has gone,the labor costs is greatly increased. In the chain of construction industry,the subcontract is not trustworthy. At the same time,the idea of "Not an officer is not a talent" is deep-rooted,the "craftsmen type" talents in enterprises are more and more scarce. In this paper,methods for break the disadvantages of supply-side reform in construction enterprise from basic level are put forward.
