摘要
现金流管理对于任何一个企业都是非常重要的,尤其是在经济飞速发展的今天,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,想要在竞争中赢得自己的市场,中小企业必须加强对企业现金流的管理。论文从现金流管理的重要意义出发,分析了中小企业在现金流管理中存在的问题,并提出了几点改善策略,希望对中小企业现金流管理起到一定的借鉴作用。
The management of cash flow is very important in every enterprises. Nowadays, with the rapid development of economy,the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.In order to win the market in the competition, the small and medium-sized enterprises must strengthen the management of the cash flow.Based on the importance of cash flow management,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cash flow management of small and medium-sized enterprise, and puts forward some improvement strategies, hope to have some reference for the cash flow management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
