摘要
考虑带裙房塔楼上部结构与地基基础相互作用影响,利用ANSYS建立施工过程中带裙房三塔楼高层结构模型。针对施工阶段地基受力与变形进行仿真模拟,对比现场实测数据,研究施工阶段地基土受力与变形和筏板基础受力规律。结果表明:相互作用下,裙楼中央及塔楼边缘的土压力均出现下降的趋势,结构层数达到三十层时,其整体沉降可稳定在20mm内;筏板基础及结构一二层刚度形成后,筏板基础以受竖向压力为主,低层剪力墙可分担弯矩产生弯曲应力。
In consideration of the influence of interaction between upper structure and foundation basis of podium tower building, establish the high-rise structure model of podium three tower building in the con- struction process in ANSYS.Target at the foundation force and deformation during the construction phase to conduct analogue simulation, compare the site measuring data,research the foundation soil force and de- formation and the raft foundation force law during construction phase.Results show that under the interac- tion,the soil force in the center of podium building and in the edge of tower building show the decline trend,when the structure layer quantity reaches thirty, its integral settlement can be stabilized within 20 mm;after the raft foundation and the first and second floor stiffness of structure have been formed,the raft foundation force mainly is vertical pressure, the lower shear wall can share the bending stress produced by bending moment.
