摘要
目的研究不同浓度雪菊总黄酮对小鼠体重及40%乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍的影响。方法采用称重法和小鼠跳台行为实验法观察不同浓度雪菊总黄酮对小鼠体重和40%乙醇所致小鼠记忆再现障碍的增效情况。结果与空白组比较,高浓度雪菊总黄酮组小鼠的体重增加明显减缓,有统计学意义(P<0.001);中、高浓度的雪菊总黄酮能明显减少小鼠5 min内跳台错误次数,差异显著(P<0.001)。结论雪菊总黄酮具有抑制小鼠体重增加和增强小鼠记忆再现能力的功效。
Objective：To investigate effects of different concentration total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria on weight, memory emersion disorders of mice. Method： Using weighing method and step - down test in mice to observe synergism of different concentration total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria on weight, memory emersion disorders caused by 40% ethanol of mice. Results： Compared with model groups, the increased weight of mice in high concen- tration total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria groups slow down obviously, and has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 001 ） ;the medium and high concentration total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria can decrease error times of step - down test in 5 minutes of mice, and has significant difference（ P 〈 0.001 ）. Conclusion： The total flavonoids from coreopsis tinctoria could retain mice＇ s weight growing and enhance their memory representation.
