摘要
目的 探讨应用消化内镜诊疗临床路径进行质量监控的效果.方法 2015年5—10月收治消化内镜诊疗患者196例,采用随机数字表将患者随机分为干预组和对照组,分别实施质量监控临床路径管理和常规护理.比较两组患者的满意度、护理差错率和护士自身满意度.结果 干预组消化内镜诊疗患者满意度和临床路径实践护士自身满意度明显高于对照组,且干预组护理差错率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 消化内镜诊疗临床路径能有效提高患者满意度和护士自身满意度,减少护理差错事故的发生.
Objective To investigate the effects of quality control on the clinical pathway of digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 196 patients with digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment from May to October 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The quality control of clinical pathway management and routine nursing care were implemented in two groups respectively. Patients′ satisfaction,nursing error rate and nurses′ self-satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Patients′ satisfaction and nurses′ self-satisfaction during clinical pathway practice in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Nursing error rate in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusions The quality control of endoscopic diagnosis and treatment can effectively improve the patients′ satisfaction and nurses′ self-satisfaction and reduce the occurrence of nursing errors.
