电话闭塞法是当列车信号系统发生故障时采用的一种行车组织方法,首先对电话闭塞法的原理进行说明,指出采用电话闭塞法组织行车的条件;其次对一站一区间、一站两区间、两站两区间3种不同闭塞区段行车值班员的工作量进行说明,探究空闲区间确认对闭塞区段的影响及行车指挥人员业务熟练程度对行车效率的影响;最后对3种闭塞区段的优劣进行分析比较,指出地铁运营不同阶段所适用的闭塞区段。
The telephone blocking is a method used in the traffic organization of the train fault signal system under abnormal conditions. Firstly, its principle and the organization of traffic by telephone blocking are described; secondly, the workloads of the operators in the station with one blocked section, the station with two blocked sections and two stations with three blocked sections are illustrated. The impacts of the identified vacancy section on the blocked section are explored. The influence of professional skills of the commanding personnel on the operation efficiency is analyzed. Finally, the advantages and disadvantages of the three types of blocked sections are pointed out and the appropriate blocked sections for metro operation at different stages are proposed.
