摘要
作者对用Filta-Max方法检测两虫(贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫)的采样过滤装置进行了探讨,根据不同的样品可采用不同的过滤系统,文章特别针对采样体积为100 L的生活饮用水的采集与过滤进行了讨论,通过利用有压水源,省却了蠕动泵的使用,更加符合采样现场条件,现场过滤也避免了大体积的水样运输问题。对检测两虫整个试验过程如何提高质控样回收率进行了探讨,试验发现淘洗浓缩阶段是提高生活饮用水样品回收率的关键步骤,并总结了对普通水样的检测的注意事项。
This paper discusses the sampling filter device uses in the Filta-Max method for giardia and Cryptosporidium determination.According to different samples,different filter systems can be applied.This paper discusses sampling filter systems for drinking water with a sampling volume of 100 L.By utilization of pressure water source,a peristaltic pump is unnecessary.It is more suitable for the water quality with conditions of sampling sites and a large volume of water transport is avoided during on-site filtration.The discussion on how to improve quality control in stages of the entire experiment is carried out.It is concluded that elutriation is the main step of improving the drinking water sample,and found the needing attention on testing for the ordinary water sample.
