摘要 针对三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角人工测量准确性差、效率低等问题,提出了一种基于霍夫变换的三维编织复合材料预制件表面编织角测量方法.首先对图像进行倾斜校正,然后根据水平灰度投影曲线相邻波峰、波谷的位置分割出每一行花节,并计算编织材料的纹理方向;基于霍夫变换去除每一行第一个不完整的花节,并在此基础上分割出所有完整花节;在每一个花节区域利用霍夫变换检测直线,根据两条交叉直线的斜率计算得到每一个花节的编织角.实验结果表明:本文方法的测量绝对误差小于0.5°. To solve the problems of the poor accuracy and low efficiency existed in the manual measurement of braided angle in 3D braided composite preform, the measurement method for braided angle is proposed based on Hough transform. Firstly, the deviated image is corrected. The flower pitch of each row is segmented according to the position of the peaks and troughs of the horizontal gray projection curve, and the texture direction of the preform is calculated. The first incomplete flower pitch of each row is deleted based on Hough transform, so that all the flower pitches are segmented. Finally, the straight line of each flower pitch is detected based on Hough transform, and the braided angle is calculated according to the slopes of the two cross straight lines. Experimental results show that absolute error of this method is less than 0.5° .
