摘要
为了实现高效化、智能化、动态化的仓储管理,提出了基于物联网设计仓储环境监测系统。在仓库部署具有多节点的无线传感网,各节点的温湿度传感器、光敏传感器、烟雾传感器分别采集仓库不同区域的温湿度、光强、烟雾浓度数据,协调器将采集的数据无线传输给微处理器,微处理器进行处理,将采集数据与设定的阈值进行比较,如果超过预设的范围,下达控制命令给控制端,开启或关闭风扇、LED灯、灭火等设备调节仓库环境参数,确保货品在适宜的环境存储,保证货品的质量,保障货主的经济利益,降低仓储的安全隐患。
In order to implement efficient,intelligent,dynamic storehouse management,a storehouse environment monitoring system is designed based on Internet of things is proposed.A wireless sensor network with multi-nodes is deployed in the storehouse.The temperature and humidity sensor,light sensor,smog sensor on the nodes gather data such as temperature and humidity,light intensity and smog concentration in the areas of storehouse respectively.The coordinator transmit gathered data to microprocessor by wireless means,data is processed by microprocessor,the gathered data compares with the setting threshold value,if it exceeds the preset range,control instruction is transmit to control end,electric fan,LED light,annihilator is turned on or off to regulate the environment parameter of storehouse,therefore,the goods may be stored in the feasible environment to ensure quality,economic interest of owner is guaranteed,hidden danger of storehouse is decreased.
