摘要
讨论了两种含屏蔽数据四单元混联系统的可靠性分析问题。在单元失效率为指数函数的情形下,详细推导出两种混联系统在逐步Ⅱ型混合截尾试验下的似然函数。利用极大似然方法给出了单元分布参数及系统可靠度函数的极大似然估计,采用似然比方法构造了未知参数的近似置信区间。最后运用蒙特卡罗方法进行随机模拟,验证了所提方法的正确性和有效性。
The problem of reliabil i ty analysis for two fundamental four-uni t hybrid systems wi th masked da-ta is investigated. Assume that the failure rate of unit is the exponential function, the likelihood function of two hybrid systems with masked data is deduced in detail under progressively type II hybrid censored test. The max-imum likelihood estimation of the unit distribution parameters and system reliability are presented by using the maximum likelihood method. In addition,the approximate confidence intervals of unknown parameters are ob-tained by using the likelihood ratio method. Finally, the Monte-Carlo simulation numerical example is given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
