摘要
建立测定刺玫叶提取物总黄酮含量的方法.以芦丁为对照品,采用二氯氧锆显色法于469 nm测定总黄酮含量,并对显色条件进行了优化.总黄酮在3.89~15.57μg/m L(R=0.999 9)范围内呈良好线性关系,总黄酮平均回收率为101.04%,RSD为0.85%.所建立的含量测定方法快速、简便,适用于刺玫叶提取物总黄酮的含量测定.
To establish the content determination method of total flavonoids in extracts of Rosa davurica Pall.leaves.Using rutin as reference substance,zirconium oxychloride UV-spectrophotometric method was applied to determine the content of total flavonoids at the wave length of 469 nm and the coloration condition was optimized as well.Total flavonoids have shown good linear relationship in the range of 3.89 ～ 15.57 μg/m L（ R =0.999 9）. The average recovery rate and RSD of total flavonoids were101. 04% and 0. 85% respectively. The determination method offered in the paper is characterized with celerity and easy operation,which is fit for the content determination of total flavonoids in extracts of Rosa davurica Pall.leaves.
