基于有限元法的摩擦片制动设备多工况分析研究

摘要 针对摩擦片引起的翻车机安全问题,运用有限元软件对摩擦片应力及疲劳进行分析。通过数值模拟得到摩擦片疲劳应力、损坏百分比及生命总数云图,分析疲劳强度,同时对受摩擦片控制的翻车机所承受的不同载荷进行仿真分析,得出应力变化云图,提出改进措施。研究结果为避免摩擦片疲劳引起翻车机安全事故及延长摩擦片使用寿命提供参考价值。 Aiming at the safety problem of the tipping machine caused by the friction plate, the stress and fatigue of the friction disk were analyzed by using the finite element software. The cloud image of fatigue stress, the damage percentage and .the total number of service life were obtained by numerical simulation while the fatigue strength was analyzed. At the same time, simulated and analyzed different loads received by the friction disk controlled tipping machine to get the cloud image of stress variation and put forward corrective measures. The findings can avoid the safety accidents of tipping machine caused by the fatigue of wall friction disc and may provide a reference for extension of the service life of the friction disc.
