摘要
我国的土地市场制度最突出的问题就是城乡二元土地市场制度问题,这种土地制度在特定的时期为我国创造了令世界惊奇的"经济奇迹",但是由于我国经济发展阶段发生巨大的变化,土地二元市场制度已经严重阻碍到我国城乡一体化的发展,探索改革土地制度方法和,突破二元土地市场制度的路径成为当前我国城乡问题的重点和热点,经研究表明,统筹规划建立城乡统一的建设用地市场机制是打破二元土地市场制度的有效路径。
Urban and rural dual land market system is the most prominent problem of Chinese land market system, the land system created the world surprising ＂economic miracle＂ in a specific period of time for our country, but because Chinese economic development stage has a huge Change, land binary market system has seriously hindered the development of Chinese urban and rural integration. The current focus of urban and rural issues and hot spots is to explore ways to reform the land system, and break through the dual land market system, the study shows that the overall planning and unified market mechanism of construction land in urban and rural areas is an effective way to break the dual land market system.
