摘要 搅拌摩擦焊作为一种新的固相连接技术,具有其他焊接方法无可比拟的优越性,特别是在非铁金属材料的连接方面。本文综述了近10多年来搅拌摩擦焊残余应力及变形研究的发展情况,分析了搅拌摩擦焊残余应力及变形的主要研究内容,产生残余应力及变形的内在机理,残余应力及变形的检测技术、预测技术及控制技术的研究现状及进展情况,提示了残余应力的一般分布规律,并展望了搅拌摩擦焊残余应力及变形技术下一步的研究重点。 Friction stir welding is a new solid phase connection technology, which has incomparable advantages compared with other welding methods, especially in the connection of non-ferrous metal materials. The development of residual stress and residual deformation technology of FSW in recent ten years is reviewed: the main research contents of residual stress and residual deformation of FSW, inherent mechanism of residual stress and residual deformation, the research status and development of residual stress and residual deformation detection technology, prediction technology and control technology. The research emphases of the further research on the residual stress and residual deformation of friction stir welding are discussed.
