摘要
利用英国Lcpro+便携式测定系统研究了喀斯特石漠化地区菊苣的年际光合日变化特征。结果表明:净光合速率春季(4月)>秋季(10月)>夏季(7月);蒸腾速率春季(4月)>夏季(7月)>秋季(10月);水分利用效率春季(4月)>秋季(10)>夏季(7月)。春季菊苣由于植物体活力最为旺盛等生理因素以及试验地正值春雨多发时期影响,菊苣净光合效率日均值最高。夏秋两季正午菊苣受一天中最强的光合辐射与环境温度刺激,气孔多数关闭,减少CO_2的进入与O_2的释放,叶片内CO_2浓度降低,光合作用减弱,菊苣出现光合"午休"现象。
The diurnal variation of photosynthetic characteristics of Cichorium intybus L.in karst rock desertification areas among different years were determined by British Lcpro+ portable system.The results showed that net photosynthetic rate was spring(April)autumn(October)summer(July);transpiration rate was spring(April)〉summer(July)〉autumn(October);water use efficiency was spring(April)〉autumn(October)〉summer(July).The net photosynthetic efficiency of Cichorium intybus L.was the highest in spring since the plant vigor of Cichorium intybus L.was the highest and it rained a lot in spring.Cichorium intybus L.was stimulated by the strongest photosynthetic radiation and environmental temperature at noon in summer and fall,most stomas closed to reduce the entry of CO_2 and release of O_2,the CO_2 concentration in leaves was decreased,photosynthesis was reduced,"midday depression"phenomenon of Cichorium intybus L.appeared.
