熔融钢渣水热制氢的实验验证及热力学分析 被引量:4

Experimental Verification and Thermodynamic Analysis on H_2 Generated Reaction between Molten Steelmaking Slag and Water Vapor

摘要 实验验证了熔融钢渣与水蒸汽反应产H_2的情况,用热力学计算软件FactSage分析了1600℃下钢渣成分对制氢反应的影响.结果表明,反应初期H_2的离子强度由0迅速上升到8.4 nA,反应后钢渣质量增加了0.091 g;增加渣中FeO含量、提高钢渣碱度(CaO/SiO_2质量比)均有利于获得更多H_2,渣中MnO含量对制氢反应影响不大,Al_2O_3含量增加抑制H_2产生. The generation of H2 was proved by experiment, and the effect of slag composition on H2 production at 1 600 ~C were analyzed by FactSage software. The results showed that the ion current of 1-12 increased from 0 to 8.4 nA immediately at the begining of reaction and the mass of slag increased by 0.091 g during reaction. FeO content and the increasement of slag basicity (mass ratio of CaO to SiO2) were beneficial to obtain more H2. The change of MnO content in slag had little effect on H2 production and the amount of A1203 had negative effect on He production.
