模具材质对CFRP平面反射镜离焦面形误差的研究 被引量:1

摘要 离焦像差是影响CFRP平面反射镜的面型精度的主要像差之一。采用T700碳纤维复合材料预浸料,在合理的铺层方案和制备工艺基础上,选用浮法玻璃、硼硅酸盐玻璃和微晶玻璃等三种材质为模具,通过仿真和实验研究了模具材质不同引起成型CFRP平面反射镜面形像差中的离焦像差。其中,浮法玻璃模具、硼硅酸盐玻璃模具和微晶玻璃模具引起的CFRP平面反射镜的离焦像差分别为0.023λ、0.008λ、0.003λ(波长λ=10.6μm)。分别从定性和定量的角度得出了:模具材质热膨胀系数与CFRP复合材料热膨胀系数越相近离焦像差越小,离焦像差与模具热膨胀系数的关系为P=(2225.9x+0.0007)λ。为制备应用于长波红外波段CFRP平面反射镜的模具选取提供了参考数据。 Power is one of the major aberrations affecting the surface accuracy of the CFRP planar reflector.On the ba- sis of reasonable ply orientation and fabrication technology, the power of CFRP planar reflector caused by mold material is studied by simulation and experiment, using T700 carbon fiber prepreg as the material and float glass, borosilicate glass and glass-ceramic as the mold.The powers of the CFRP planarreflectorscaused by float glass molds, borosilicate glass molds and glass-ceramic molds are 0.023λ, 0.008λ, 0.003λ, respectively (the wavelength λ=10.6μm) .From the qualitative and quantitative point of view, the closer the mold material thermal expansion coefficient and the thermal ex- pansion coefficient of CFRP composite material, the smaller the defocus aberration. And the relationship between defo- cus aberration and mold thermal expansion coefficient is P=(2225.9x+ 0.0007)λ.These provide the reference data for the selection of moldsfor the fabrication of CFRP planar reflector used in lone-wave infrared band.
