摘要
目的:探讨高频超声对外周神经肿瘤的诊断价值。方法:对18例经术后病理学证实的外周神经肿瘤(共18个)的高频超声声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果:18例外周神经肿瘤患者中神经鞘瘤16例(上肢5例,下肢8例,颈部3例),坐骨神经上皮样肉瘤1例,尺神经淋巴瘤病1例。18例神经肿块声像图特征以椭圆形或圆形实性低回声肿块为主,边界清晰,有包膜,17例肿块与神经相连,呈"鼠尾征"(17/18),7例肿块偏心性生长即"偏心征"(7/18)。高频超声显示17例肿块来源于神经,另1例难以确定来源,超声诊断符合率为94%(17/18)。结论:高频超声能有效诊断外周神经肿瘤,为临床治疗提供影像学依据。
Objective： To investigate the value of high frequency uhrasound in diagnosis of peripheral nerve tumors. Method： The uhrasonographic features of 18 cases of peripheral nerve tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Results： Among the 18 cases of peripheral nerve tumors,there were 16 cases of neurilem- moma（5 cases in upper limb, 8 cases in lower extremity,3 cases in neck ）, 1 case of epithelioid sarcoma of sciatic nerve, 1 case of lymphoma of the ulnar nerve. The sonographic features of the 18 cases were mainly oval or round solid hypoechoic mass,clear boundary,enveloped, 17 cases showed that the masses and nerves were connected,that was ＂rat tail sign＂ （ 17/18 ）, 7 cases showed the mass were eccentric growth, that was ＂ eccentric sign＂ （7/18）. High frequency ultrasound displayed 17 lesions derived from the neural and the other 1 was difficult to determine its origin. The hight frequency ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate was 94% （17/18）. Conclusion： High frequency ultrasound is effective on diagnosis of peripheral nerve tumors, it can provide the image evidence for the clinical treatment.
