摘要
核干细胞因子(NS)在大多数干细胞和肿瘤细胞中表达,是干细胞和癌细胞维持自我复制、增殖所必需的蛋白质,并保持细胞在不分化状态,维持干细胞的扩增,抑制其向成熟细胞的转化,是肿瘤细胞和干细胞通过G_2/M检验点的特异性调控因子。卵巢癌是妇科生殖系统恶性肿瘤中病死率较高的疾病,NS的病理生理作用主要涉及细胞的增殖及凋亡等方面。NS信使RNA以及NS蛋白在卵巢癌实体瘤中特异性高表达,并且与病理分级呈正相关。因此,深入了解卵巢癌生物学特征,是治疗卵巢癌的关键。
Nueleostemin(NS) is expressed in most of the stem cells and tumor cells, which is a necessary protein to maintain the cell self-replicating and proliferation, and keep the cells at undifferentiating state, maintain the stem cell amplification, inhibit its transformation into mature cells, and is a specific regulating factor of tumor cells and stem ceils by the G2/M checkpoint. Ovarian cancer is a malignant tumor of the reproductive system of gynecology with higher mortality, and the pathological physiology of NS is mainly related to cell proliferation and apoptosis, etc. NS mRNA and protein are specifically highly expressed in ovarian cancer solid tumor, and are positively associated with the pathologic grading. Therefore,indepth understanding of the biology characteristics of ovarian cancer is the key to the treatment.
