摘要
目的观察黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗糖尿病周围神经病的临床疗效。方法我院2013年3月—2016年7月104例糖尿病周围神经病患者,随机分组,各52例。对照组给予西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗,均治疗2个月,对比两组临床疗效。结果经治疗,观察组总有效率(94.2%)高于对照组(76.9%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病患者应用黄芪桂枝五物汤加味治疗,可显著提高治疗效果。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 104 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in our hospital from March 2013 to July 2016 were randomly divided into two groups,with 52 cases in each group. The control group was given Western medicine treatment. The observation group was given Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 2 months. The clinical effect between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(94. 2%) was higher than that of the control group(76. 9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the therapeutic effect.
