摘要
为预测WDP150型船用离心泵的水力性能和汽蚀性能,基于N-S方程及k-ε湍流模型对其内部流场进行数值模拟,在闭式试验台上进行性能试验,比较和分析各性能参数仿真值和试验值的差异。结果表明,数值仿真可直观形象地分析离心泵内部流动规律,并能很好地预测离心泵的性能参数,为过流部件的优化设计和后续设计同类型泵提供理论依据。
In order to predict the hydraulic and cavitation performance of the WDP150 marine centrifugal pump, the inner flow was simulated numerically based on N -S equation and k - s turbulence model, and the performance experiment was carried out on the closed-type experiment rig. The difference of performance parameters between simulation and experiment was compared and analyzed. Results showed that numerical simulation can analyze the inner flow law and predict performance parameters of centrifugal pumps well, which could provide theoretical foundation to optimize overflowing parts for design of the same type cen-trifugal pumps.
