摘要
为了适应恶劣的油田道路条件和工厂化压裂的要求,满足普通运输车最大允许质量和高功率、大排量、高压力的压裂工艺需要,研制3000型压裂橇。该橇采用分体式橇装结构,由动力橇和泵橇组成,单橇的质量均小于20 t,其最高工作压力140 MPa,最大排量2.83 m 3/m in。动力橇和泵橇采用集装箱箱体结构,通过快速连接装置现场组装。分析表明,该橇整体布局合理,不仅解决了现在大型压裂车的超限运输问题,而且井场占地面积小,吊装方便,满足现阶段大型压裂作业对设备性能的技术要求。
In order to adapt to harsh road conditions and factory oilfield fracturing requirements, 3000 hp skid-mounted fracturing equipment is developed to meet Trucks maximum permissible mass and the fracturing process requires of high-power, large displacement and high pressure. Its frame structure is composed of the power frame and the pump frame. The single frame mass is less than 20 t, and the maximum working pressure is 140 MPa. Its maximum displacement is 2.83 m^3/min. The frame has container box structure, and can be assembled by rapid connecting device. The analysis shows that the overall frame layout is rational to solve the transportation problem, and the frame covers small area and can be loaded easily. It can meet technical requirements of large fracturing equipment performance.
