摘要
目的探讨老年子宫脱垂患者的治疗手段与护理措施。方法回顾分析15例老年子宫脱垂患者的临床资料,根据患者心理特点和治疗手段特殊性进行全面评估,制定科学的护理计划并有效实施,包括针对性心理护理、术前护理、术中护理、术后病情观察、并发症预防和健康教育等。结果患者全部痊愈出院,未发生并发症。患者护理态度、护理技术和护理环境满意度分别为93.3%、86.7%和80.0%。结论充分的心理疏导、术前准备和术后积极护理干预措施是保证老年子宫脱垂治疗效果的关键。
Objective To discuss the treatment and nursing measures of elderly patients with uterine prolapsed. Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 15 elderly patients with uterine prolapsed. The nursing care plan was made according to the mental characteristic of patients and therapeutic approaches. The nursing measures mainly included mental care, perioper-ative care, postoperative monitoring, complication prevention and health education. Results All patients were cured after treatment. The nursing satisfaction rate to nursing professional attitude, nursing skills and nursing environment were 93.3 %（14/15）, 86.7%（13/15） and 80.0% （12/ 15） , respectively. Conclusion It is required to carry out psychological care, preoperative prepa-ration and postoperative nursing measures for elderly patients with uterine prolapsed.
