摘要
为推动京津冀养老服务业融合发展,承接北京养老产业转移,河北省正在大力发展养老服务业,养老服务人才需求急剧增长。而目前河北省养老服务人才培养面临诸多问题,人才供需矛盾突出,无法满足产业发展的需要。因此,亟需健全政策法规制度,提高人才薪酬待遇,加大养老专业扶持力度,加强京津冀校企合作,完善培训体系,从而提高人才培养效益,破解养老事业发展的人才瓶颈。
To promote the integrat ion development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei pension service industry and to undertake the pension service industry transferred from Beijing, Hebei Province is vigorously developing the pension service industry with rapid growing demand in pension service talents. But the cultivation of pension service talents faces many problems at present, one of which is outstanding contradiction between supply and demand of talents and can't satisfy the needs of the development of the pension service industry. It is in urgent need of a sound system of policies and regulations to improve the personnel salary, increase endowment professional support, to strengthen the cooperation between university and enterprise in the region of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, to perfect training system, to enhance the talents^ training benefits and to crack the bottleneck of talents on the development of endowment enterprise.
