摘要
胶原蛋白是动物体内重要的结构蛋白质,因具有生物可降解性、生物相容性、无毒等特性而被广泛应用。本文综述了戊二醛、β-环糊精聚轮烷单醛、丙二酸等交联剂对胶原蛋白进行化学改性的方法研究现状,并介绍了胶原蛋白改性材料在止血、药物运输载体、组织工程支架等方面应用的研究进展。
Collagen is an important structural protein in animal body. It is widely used because of its biode-gradability ,biocompatibility and nontoxicity. In this paper, the research progress of the chemical modifica-tion of collagen by glutaraldehyde, β - cyclodextrin, polyrotaxane aldehyde, malonic acid and other crosslinking agents was reviewed, and the application of collagen modified materials in hemostatic, drug de-livery carrier and tissue engineering scaffold was introduced.
