摘要
目的通过分析近十年国家自然科学基金资助妇产科学课题的论文发表情况,从宏观角度了解妇产科学科研实力的地区、机构、学者分布以及学术热点等研究现状,为妇产科学相关工作人员申请国家自然科学基金或日常科研工作提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)全文期刊数据库,并使用EXCEL软件文献题录数据。结果十年来基金论文共5816篇,占学科论文总量的1.90%,61.11%发表于核心期刊。北京、湖北、重庆、广东、新疆、等省市处于研究前沿,华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院发文数最多,近80%的基金论文由综合医院及高校科研院所发表。研究主题集中于妇科三大肿瘤、不孕症相关疾病、辅助生殖技术、妊娠并发症。结论国家自然科学基金资助妇产科学学科论文产出情况趋于良性发展态势,课题热点与国家自然科学基金发展思路较为一致,但跨地区、机构的合作不足导致科研实力分布不均,建议加强区域合作、资源共享。
Objective To analyze the present situation of scientific research strength in the areas of gynecology and obstetrics macroscopically, such as the distribution of areas,institutions, scholars and academic hotspots, we analyzed the articles published in the past ten years supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China.For the purpose that the results can provide reference for researchers in this area when applying for the National Natural Science Fund. Methods We collected the bibliographic data from the CNKI full-text periodicals database and used excel software to analyze. Results There are a total of 5816 Fund papers in the recent ten years, accounting for 1.90% of the total academic papers, about 61.11% papers issued in the core journals.The institutions and scholars in Beijing,Hubei, Chongqing Guangdong and Xinjiang showed strong scientific research strength.Institution which issued the most was Tongji Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College Of Huazhong University Of ScienceTechnology.Nearly about 80% of fund papers issued by the general hospital, college and university.Research topics focused on three major gynecological tumors, infertility-related diseases, assisted reproductive technology and pregnancy complications. Conclusions It showed that the fund paper had a steady growth trend in the whole, however, the lack of cooperation among regional and institution made the scientific strength unbalanced.Research hotspots keeps the same pace with what the National Natural Science Foundation promoted.We suggested strengthen regional cooperation in the future to get resource-sharing.
