摘要
β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)异常聚集和沉积缓慢形成老年斑被认为是阿尔茨海默病(AD)发病的核心机制。促进Aβ清除抑制老年斑形成已经成为了治疗AD的重要策略,而Aβ降解酶在Aβ清除过程中发挥了重要作用。脑啡肽酶(NEP)作为Aβ的主要降解酶或将成为治疗AD的关键作用靶点。今后应进一步研究运用中医药方法通过上调NEP活性促进Aβ清除从而治疗AD。
Abnormal beta-amyloid (Aβ) aggregation and slow deposition are considered to be the core mechanism of alzheimer's disease. Restraining from the formation of senile plaques has become the important strategy of treatment of AD, and Aβ degradation enzyme in the process of Aβ clearance played an important role. Neprilysin as the main degradation enzyme of Aβ will be the key target for the treatment of AD. In the future, we should further study that up regulation of NEP activity and promotes AD clearance, and ultimately achieve the goal of treating AD.
