小麦淀粉加工废水中阿拉伯木聚糖提取工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 在研究加酶量、酸度、酶解温度、酶解时间4个单因素对阿拉伯木聚糖(AXs)得率影响的基础上,采用正交试验优化小麦淀粉加工废水中AXs的提取工艺。试验结果表明:在加酶量(酶/料液中干物质)0.1%、料液pH为6、酶解温度45℃、酶解时间1.5 h的条件下,AXs得率达到最大13.82%。研究了AXs对羟自由基的清除能力,采用了水杨酸比色法测定了最佳工艺条件下得到的AXs清除羟自由基的能力,结果显示该AXs对羟自由基有很强的清除能力,IC50为1.91 mg/m L。 The study was to investigate the optimal extraction conditions of arabinoxylans (AXs) from wastewater during wheat starch processing and the hydroxyl radicals scavenging capacity of AXs. The effect of enzyme amount, pH, enzymolysis temperature and time on the extraction yield of AXs was examined by orthogonal experiments on the basis of single factor. The hydroxyl radical scavenging ability of AXs was determined by the method of salicylic acid colorimetry. The results showed that the optimal technology parameters were as follows: enzyme amount of 0.1% , pH of 6, enzymolysis temperature of 45 ~C and enzymolysis time of 1.5 h. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction yield of AXs was 13.71%. The AXs also had strong scavenging ability on hydroxyl radical and the IC5o was 1.91 mg/mL, and the activity was increased in dose manner.
