摘要
通过对棉油皂脚中有营养价值部分的加工,使之成为符合饲料添加剂的原料。采用酸化水解法对棉油皂脚中脂肪酸进行提取制备,用GC-MS法对其脂肪酸的种类和含量进行分析,通过化学脱毒法对粗脂肪酸进行脱酚,用HPLC法对粗脂肪酸中游离棉酚进行测定。通过酸化水解法得到了亚油酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸等9种脂肪酸,其主要脂肪酸的含量分别为亚油酸66.84%、棕榈酸15.29%、硬脂酸14.80%;脱酚处理后游离棉酚含量从4 707.3 mg/kg降低到383.2 mg/kg。棉油皂脚中粗脂肪酸含量丰富,脱酚达标后,可以成为符合饲料添加剂的原料。
Through the processing of cottonseed soapstock nutritious pall, make it to be raw materials as feed additives. The fatty acids, which were extracted with acidification hydrolysis method, were esterified. The composition and the content of the samples were analyzed by GC-MS. Through chemical detoxification method to remove gossypol of fatty acids, using HPLC method for determination of free gossypol in fatty acid. 9 fatty acids, such as pahu acid, linoleic acid, stearic acid, were extracted by acidification hydrolysis method, the contents of the major fatty acids were palmitic acid 15.29%, linoleic acid 66.84%, stearic acid 14.80%; After removing gossypol treatment free gossypol content decreased to 383.2 mg/kg. The fatty acids in the cottonseed soapstock content rich, make it to be raw materials as feed additives after removing gossypol treatment.
