摘要 为了提升包装物品生产效率,降低企业生产成本,在充分分析包装码垛机器人的基本结构和工作流程的基础上,设计了一种基于PLC和触摸屏的包装码垛机控制系统。通过威纶触摸屏实现码垛机器人的控制和实时监控,以横河FAM3 PLC为码垛机器人控制系统核心。并根据包装码垛作业的需要和工作流程,完成了机器人软件编程;实际运行结果表明,该码垛机器人控制系统可靠性高、稳定性强,同时具有很强的可扩展性,便于维护。该控制系统能够满足啤酒码垛作业的实际需要,对于提升产品包装生产效率,降低生产成本具有重要意义。 In order to enhance the efficiency of packaging materials production, reduce production costs, full analysis of packing and stacking robot's basic structure and workflow based on the design of a packing and stacking machine based on PLC and touch screen control system. Through the weinview touch screen to achieve the real-time monitoring and control of the palletizing robot, taking Henghe FA-M3 PLC as the core of control system of palletizing robot. And according to packing and stacking the needs and workflow, complete robot software programming; actual operating results shows that the palletizing robot control system has high reliability, high stability, and has strong scalability, and ease of maintenance. The control system is able to meet the actual needs of beer palletising jabs , for enhancing the product packaging production efftciency and reducing production costs is significant.
