摘要
激光熔覆技术是一种先进的表面工程技术,与其他常用的表面工程技术相比,具有涂层结合性能好、热影响区小、可控性高等独特优势,已成为了一种重要的再制造技术,并在矿山、冶金、化工、能源等领域关键零件的再制造中得到了成功的应用。镍基合金粉末因具有很好的耐磨性、耐蚀性、抗热疲劳性等特点,是在再制造工程中应用十分广泛的表面强化涂层材料。对激光熔覆再制造中利用镍基合金材料进行修复的重要工艺参数、材料、缺陷控制等方面的研究进展进行了综述分析,并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望。
Laser cladding is a kind of advanced sucface engineering technology, and become a kind of very important remanufacturing technology because it has some distinct advantages, such as good binding performance of coating, small heat affected zone and high controllability compared with other surface engineering technology. Nickel-base alloy powder is a kind of widely used surfoce strengthened coating material in remanufacturing engineering because it's abrasive resistance ,stain resistance,thermal fatigue resistance etc. Some important aspects, such as key process, material and defects controlling, of the investigation of laser cladding using nickel-base alloy were summarized and the development trend is prospected.
