摘要
针对矿用组合橡胶隔振器的疲劳破坏问题,构建了组合橡胶的本构模型,得出了组合橡胶的本构方程,并通过试验得出了橡胶材料的力学特性和S-N曲线,建立了组合橡胶弹簧的有限元模型,测试了矿用组合橡胶隔振器上的交变载荷,完成了矿用组合橡胶隔振器的静力学分析,探讨了矿用组合橡胶隔振器上的应力分布,进行了矿用组合橡胶隔振器的疲劳寿命分析,得出了矿用组合橡胶隔振器疲劳破坏的危险位置及疲劳寿命,为矿用组合橡胶隔振器的设计研发提供了理论基础和技术支撑。
According to the fatigue damage problem of mine combined rubber isolator, this paper has built the constitutive model of combined rubber material, draw the constitutive equation of it, and obtained the mechanical properties and S-N element model of the mine combined rubber rubber isolator, finished the static analysis curve of the rubber material. It has also built the finite isolator, tested the cyclic loading on the mine combined and discussed the stress distribution of mine combined rubber isolator. At last,had analyzed the fatigue life of the mine combined rubber isolator, and concluded the fatigue damage dangerous position and fatigue life. The research result of this paper provided theoretical basis and technology support for the mine combined rubber isolator design.
