摘要 煤矿井下巷道喷浆施工使用传统的干喷作业,存在喷浆作业效率低、粉尘浓度高、回弹料高等问题,严重制约矿井的发展。结合济宁三号煤矿现状及其特有的有利条件,研究一套适合济宁三号煤矿湿式喷浆机械装备,实现喷浆作业全面机械化,提高劳动效率,保证职工健康。应用和推广湿喷技术,对于在矿山支护作业中减少空气中粉尘含量,提高喷层质量和强度,减少回弹水泥量等等,都具有积极的意义,符合国家节能减排的政策要求,对于矿山建设的可持续发展具有重要的作用和意义。 The coal mine roadway shotcrete construction using the traditional dry spray operations, there are low efficiency, high dust concentration guniting, springback is high, seriously restricts the development of the mine. Together with the present situation of Jining No.3 Coal Mine and its unique advantages, research a set of suitable for Jining No.3 Coal Mine wet shotcrete machinery and equipment, implement comprehensive mechanization guniting homework, improve labor efficiency, ensure the worker's health. Application and popularization of wet spraying technology for support in mining operation in reducing dust content in the air, improve the quality of spraying layer and intensity, reduce springback amount of cemen4 etc., all has the extremely positive significance, conform to the requirements of the national policy of energy conservation and emissions reduction, for the sustainable development of the mining construction plays an important role and significance.
