摘要
通过分析轧辊支撑定位板的结构特征,充分利用工件本身的结构特点,设计了冲孔、胀形、弯曲、切断多工位级进模。模具能够独立完整的送料、定位、出件和动作控制机构,采用自动卸料、出料、少废料冲裁,提高材料利用率和生产率,模具设计结构合理,开合模动作可靠,塑件精度高,产品能够完全达到客户要求,为同类模具结构设计提供一定的参考。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of the support and posmonmg bulging, bending and cutting of the multi position progressive die are designed by characteristics of the workpiece itself. The mold can independently complete plate, the puncnlng, using the structural feeding, positioning, out of the parts and action control mechanism, using automatic discharge, discharge, less scrap blanking, improve material utilization and productivity, improves the part quality, reasonable set of die structure, reliable action,products be moulding successfully, production which is high precision plastic parts meets customer requirements fully.
