摘要
以溴苯为原料,和镁反应制得格式试剂后与^(13)CO_2反应,酸化后生成苯甲酸-^(13)C。以消耗的^(13)CO_2计算,苯甲酸-^(13)C收率为77.5%。产品结构经质谱和核磁共振波谱等表征确定,纯度99.2%,同位素丰度98.4 atom%^(13)C。
This article presents an efficient method for the synthesis of Benzoic Acid-^13C. A Grignard reagent prepared from bromobenzene and magnesiumpowderwas carbonated with ^13CO2, and then acidic hydrolysis to generate Benzoic Acid-^13C. The yield of Benzoic Acid-^13C was 77.5 % based on 13CO2 consumed. The product was confirmed by NMR and LC-MS to be target compounds. The chemical purity is 99.2 % and deuterium isotopic enrichment is 98.4 atom% ^13C.
