Objective To explore the effects of the flipped classroom based on the micro-lectures in the new nurse standardized training for their knowledge achievement and self-learning ability improvement. Methods Totally 36 new nurses were enrolled in different departments of Shanghai Ninth People's hospitalfrom June 2015 to June 2016 were selected as the research object with convenience sampling method, and then randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 18 cases in each group. The new nurses in the observation group were given standardized training of flipped classroom based on micro-lectures,while the control group was given the centralized teaching training, both the groups were given 6 times teaching training. Theoretical knowledge examination and autonomous learning ability evaluation table were employed to test the training effect. Results The scores of new nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (all P〈0.05).The envaluation scores of observation group were significantly better than the control group on the cultivation of cooperative spirit, the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, and the self-learning ability, and the difference between two groups was statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion It is helpful to achieve the established training objectives when training new nurses using the flipped classroom based on micro-lecture training model, and it should be popularized and applied.
