摘要
探讨盐生荒漠植物盐穗木醇提正丁醇萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑止作用,并测定其抑菌效果与其最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。取盐穗木地上全草部分阴干粉粹并进行超声波处理,提取正丁醇萃取物,并对萃取物进行抑菌作用及其效价(最小抑菌浓度)的测定。结果显示,盐穗木生物碱正丁醇萃取部分0.1 mg/mL稀释液对浓度为10^(-2)CFU/mL金黄色葡萄球菌抑制效果较好,呈中度敏感,抑菌效价为1∶8;该浓度对大肠杆菌的抑菌效价为1∶4。
In order to explore the bacteriostasis of Halosttwhys caspica ethanol-extraction N-butyl alcohol extract onStaphylococcus aureus and Escherk'hiacoli, and determine its minima inhibitory concentration (MIC), Halostachys caspica wereshade dried and treated with uhrasonic processing, and N-butyl alcohol extract was isolated. Then bacteriosta.is effects and MIC ofthe extract were determined. The results showed that 0.1 mg/mL diluent of Halostachys caspica alkaloids N-butanol extract presentbacteriostasis titer of 1:8 and 1:4 on 10-2CFU/mL of &aurels and E.coli, respectively.
