摘要
目的了解护理实习生评判性思维能力的现状及其影响因素。方法对80名护理实习生进行评判性思维能力评价。结果护理实习生评判性思维能力总分为(276.68±26.56)分,其中寻求真相维度得分最低、求知欲维度得分最高。不同学历的护理实习生在寻求真相、认知成熟度、分析能力上存在一定的差距;分析能力、系统化能力、认知成熟度等方面随实习时间的增加得分增加;担任学生干部的护理实习生分析能力、评判性思维的自信心、系统化能力、认知成熟度等各项能力均高于未担任学生干部的护理实习生;来自城镇的护理实习生开放思想、认知成熟度、评判性思维的自信心等方面明显高于来自农村的护理实习生。结论护理实习生评判性思维能力较多的是倾向性不明显或者正性倾向性,学历、生源地、担任学生干部、实习时间均影响其评判性思维能力得分。
Objective To study the present status of critical thinking ability of nursing students and its influencing factors. Method Evaluate 80 nursing students on their critical thinking ability. Result The total score of critical thinking ability of nursing students is(276.68 ±26.56). Dimension of seeking for truth has the highest score and dimension of thirst for knowledge has the lowest. There is difference on seeking for truth,cognitive maturity and analyzing ability between nursing students with different education level. Score on analyzing ability,systematization ability and cognitive maturity increase with practice time. Student cadres have better analyzing ability,confidence on critical thinking,systematization ability and cognitive maturity than non-student cadres. Nursing students from urban areas have better open mind,cognitive maturity and confidence on critical thinking than nursing students from rural areas. Conclusion Nursing students have unclear or positive tendency in critical thinking ability mostly. Educational background,source place of students,post of cadre and practice time all influence their score on critical thinking ability.
