摘要
研究了10种鬼伞属真菌对全齿复活线虫的毒杀活性,并用HPLC法分析了杀线虫毒素在各真菌中的分布。结果表明,有7种鬼伞属真菌表现出明显的杀线虫活性,且杀线虫活性与其杀线虫毒素的分布呈正相关。
Nematicidal activities of ten kinds of Coprinus fungi against Panagrellus redivivus were studied. Distribution of nematotoxin in various fungi was analyzed by HPLC. Results indicated that, seven kinds of Coprinus fungi showed significant nematicidal activity, and the nematicidal activity was positively related to distri bution of nematotoxin.
