摘要
为探索黄粉虫能否取食和消化降解聚乙烯(PE)塑料薄膜,分别用塑料薄膜A(30%淀粉、70%PE和助剂)、塑料薄膜B(95%以上PE和少量助剂)作为黄粉虫的唯一食物来源饲养黄粉虫。结果表明:黄粉虫对塑料薄膜A、塑料薄膜B都能够取食和完全消化降解。黄粉虫对含淀粉的塑料薄膜A的消化降解较快,25d可将30.25cm^2塑料薄膜A完全消化降解;黄粉虫对不含淀粉的塑料薄膜B的消化降解较慢,需要60d才基本消化降解。黄粉虫消化降解2种塑料薄膜后的排泄物为黑褐色物质,燃烧时无刺激性气味,表明黄粉虫对塑料薄膜进行了彻底的消化降解,但降解为何种成分需进一步探讨。
In order to investigate the degradation of plastic film containing polyethylene(PE) by yellow meal worms mount of astic film A(30%starch, 70% PE and additives) and additives) were used as the sole food source for yellow plastic film B(more than 95% PE,a small ameal worms. Results showed that, yellow meal worms could feed plastic film A and plastic film B,and digest them completely. Yellow meal worms could digest and degrade plastic film A containing starch faster,and 30.25 cm^2 plastic film A could be digested and degraded completely by yellow meal worms in 25 d,while plastic film B needed 60 d. The excreta of yellow meal worms feed above two kinds of plastic films was dark brown and had no pungent smell while burning, which showed that two kinds of plastic films were digested and degraded completely by yellow meal worms, but what was the degradation product should be further explored.
