0.12%噻虫嗪GR药肥混剂防治甘蔗绵蚜田间药效试验 被引量:9

摘要 为筛选防控甘蔗绵蚜的理想缓释长效低毒新药剂及轻简高效施药技术,选用0.12%噻虫嗪GR药肥混剂根施进行田间药效试验。结果表明,0.12%噻虫嗪GR药肥混剂对甘蔗绵蚜具有良好的防控效果,是防控甘蔗绵蚜理想的缓释长效低毒新药剂,与其他药剂轮换使用,可延缓抗药性产生和发展。0.12%噻虫嗪GR药肥混剂最适宜用量为675~750 kg/hm^2(有效成分810~900 g/hm^2),可在2—6月结合甘蔗种植管理或大培土一次性施用,对甘蔗绵蚜的防效达100%;甘蔗产量较对照增加29.6%以上,甘蔗糖分较对照增加4.4个百分点以上。缓释长效强内吸性药肥混剂一次性根施,施用方便,轻简高效,省工省时,环境友好,应在蔗区大面积推广应用。 To screen new pesticides with ideal sustained -release, long -lasting and low -toxic and research convenient and efficient handle techniques, the test of 0.12% mixture of Thiamethoxam GR with fertilizer (MTF) in sugarcane to control Ceratovacuna lanigera in the field were conducted. The results showed that 0.12% MTF had good control effects on C. lanigera with ideal sustained-release, long-lasting and low-toxin. Therefore we could use it with other pesticides alternately to delay drug resistance of pest. The optimum dosage of 0.12% MTF was 675 -750 kg/ha (effective ingredients 810 -900 g/ ha). By applied one time in sugarcane planting and management or 'hilled up' soil from February to June, control effects of the 0.12% MTF on C. lanigera could be 100%. The cane yield and sucrose content increased by more than 29.6% and 4.4% than that of blank control, respectively. The MTF should be applied widely in sugarcane area.
