摘要
采伐机械和采伐方法的迅速开发为木材不断增长的采伐需求提供了新的途径。根据使用要求设计了一种木材采集机械臂,对其进行受力分析,用Solid Works建立机械臂的三维模型,并对关键部件进行了有限元分析和优化设计,达到了预期效果。
The rapid development of harvesting machinery and harvesting methods provides a new approach to the growing de-mands for wood raw materials. According to the use requirements, the wood collecting mechanical arm is designed in this arti-cle. The stress is analyzed; a 3D model of the manipulator is built by using the SolidWorks, and finite element analysis andoptimization design for the key components are conducted to achieve the desired effect.
