摘要
磨削加工是一个强耦合的非线性系统,磨削工艺方案的确定很困难,需要智能决策与数据库的支持。从智能推理、智能优化两个方面介绍了磨削工艺智能决策的研究现状,具体分析了工艺数据库的发展历程和智能磨削数据库的研究成果。讨论了磨削工艺智能决策与数据库研究中主要存在的问题,并对其进一步的研究方向与内容给出了的建议与展望。
Grinding is a strong coupling non-linear system, and grinding process plan is difficult to determine, which de-mands for the support of intelligent decision and database. The research status about intelligent decision of grinding process isintroduced in this paper, including intelligent reasoning and intelligent optimization. The development path of process databaseand the research result of intelligent grinding database are also analyzed. The main research problems in intelligent decisionand database of grinding are discussed, and its further research directions and contents are forecasted.
